San Diego, CA and Tokushima, Japan — [June 5, 2025] — GemPharmatech, a global leader in genetically engineered mouse models and preclinical research services, is proud to announce the establishment of a distributor agreement with Setsuro Tech Inc., a leading gene editing service provider based in Tokushima. This agreement marks a significant step by GemPharmatech towards serving the needs of Japan’s biomedical research community more closely and effectively.

Beginning May 1, 2025, Setsuro Tech will act as GemPharmatech’s authorized distributor for its KOAP (Knockout All Project) product line in Japan, including knockout (KO), conditional knockout (cKO), humanized, disease, and immunodeficient mouse models. Through this partnership, both companies aim to enhance accessibility to advanced research models and provide dedicated local support tailored to the preferences of Japanese institutions.
