Heart Failure with Reduced Ejection Fraction (HFrEF)

HFrEF, heart failure with LVEF ≤40%, causes fatigue, dyspnea, and edema. Its pathophysiology involves neurohormonal activation and ventricular remodeling. GemPharmatech uses numerous techniques to model HFrEF, including LAD (myocardial infarction/ischemic injury), MIRI (ischemia reperfusion), TAC (pressure overload), and ISO infusion (catecholamine toxicity).
