Immune Reconstitution Arthritis Model

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects millions of individuals worldwide. This debilitating condition primarily targets the joints, causing pain, swelling, morning stiffness, and irreversible damage if left uncontrolled.

 

Adjuvant-induced HSC-NCG-M


Human hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) were infused into NCG-M (strain No.T036669) mice, the immune-deficient mice, to reconstitute human immune cell population, followed by administration of CFA to induce arthritis.
