Sjögren’ s Syndrome Models

Sjögren's syndrome(SS) is an autoimmune disorder that primarily affects the exocrine glands. It particularly targets the salivary and lacrimal glands, resulting in dry mouth (xerostomia) and dry eyes (xerophthalmia). Sjögren's syndrome can also involve other organs and systems, causing various symptoms such as joint pain, fatigue, and difficulties in swallowing.
