hCD137 humanized mice


Description

CD137 (4-1BB, TNFRSF9), a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, is one of the typicaltransmembrane protein of activated CD4+T and CD8+ T cells. CD137 can provide costimulatory signals and T cell survival signals which co-stimulated by binding with CD137L in the late stage of immunization. The CD137 extracellular region was replaced with human counterpart by gene editing technology on C57BL/6 or BALB/c background. hCD137 expression in homozygous B6-hCD137 mice were similar to mCD137 expression in wild-type. These mice are ideal models for anti-CD137 drug evaluation and immunotherapy drug development.
