PDX

PDX model (Patient-derived xenograft model) is established through directly transplanting patient's tumor tissue into the immune-deficient mice NCG, which retains the majority of characteristics of primary tumors in histopathology, molecular biology and gene expression. PDX model is widely used in the development of new drugs and predictive biomarkers.

Advantages

1. Severe immune-deficient strain NCG established by Gempharmatech will be used.

2. Over 200 PDX tumors are available for preclinical efficacy studies, including pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer and other common clinical malignant tumors, and more PDX models will be established.

3. The databank of PDX models were established.
