huPBMC-NCG

huPBMC-NCG mice are established by implanting human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) into NCG mice. This model is ideal for short-term research, which requires mature T cells, for example, HIV infection, immuno-oncology evaluation, and graft-versus-host disease studies. huPBMC-NCG mice are promising tools for human immune system related in-vivo study without placing patients at risk.

NCG is the most thorough mouse model of the immune-deficient to date which lacks T , B , NK cells, and has natural immunodeficiency, such as complement system and macrophage defects. NCG is very suitable for Cell derived xenograft (CDX), Patient derived xenograft (PDX), human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and human hematopoietic stem cell(CD34+HSC) transplantation for immune reconstitution.

huPBMC derived from donor F and donor G were transplanted into NCG mice by intravenous injection respectively. The survival rate of huPBMC-NCG mice was analyzed. The lifespans of huPBMC-NCG mice varies from different donors. HuPBMC-NCG mice begin todied ofgraft versus host disease (GVHD) a monthlater.
